Butter Almond Cookies

"Old time almond cookies."

Ingredients :

• half of cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup finely chopped blanched almonds
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• half tablespoon ground cloves
• 1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg
• half tablespoon lemon zest
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 2 cups all-cause flour

Instructions :

Prep :	Cook : 18M	Ready in :

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• Cream the butter until mild and fluffy. Add the well crushed egg, almonds, sugar, brandy, spices and flour. Mix till mixture is well blended.
• On a gently floured surface roll the aggregate to 1/4 inch thick and cut with spherical cookie cutters dipped in flour. Place cookies onto a parchment covered baking sheet.
• Bake at 325 degrees F (one hundred sixty five degrees C) for 8 to 10 mins until gently browned.

Notes :

• Reynolds® parchment can be used for easier cleanup/elimination from the pan.
