Butter Fragranced Frog Legs

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound frog legs, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • half of teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 egg, crushed
  • three/four cup cornstarch or tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste or sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • half of teaspoon sesame oil (non-compulsory)
